I was very impressed with how fast the work was finished and with his thoughtful attention to detail. For any roadblocks that came up, the communication was quick and transparent, and we were able to find solutions quickly. He is very passionate about his work and takes real pride in craftsmanship. He never took shortcuts—he took his time with the installation and was never in a rush. He used high-quality materials, ensured everything was fully up to code, and all inspections passed on the first attempt. We wanted to have a space and connections for laundary upstairs. Eugene and his team helped us realize our vision by building a platform and space for the appliance and a laundary closet, utilizing unused space above the stairs and in the bedroom. He was very communicative throughout the project and coordinated work well across the plumbers and vent specialists, taking care of the permits.
