A Real Project: Water Damage Restoration in Seattle
When water damaged multiple areas of a Seattle home (98103), the job turned into a full multi-trade restoration handled by our 5-person crew. Damaged hardwood sections were selectively replaced, then the floors were sanded, refinished and sealed. Behind opened walls we found unsafe electrical connections — wire nuts with no junction boxes — and corrected them, installing four new recessed LED lights (CRI 90+) plus a new chandelier. Brittle old supply lines were replaced with modern red and blue PEX piping, and drain piping was upsized from 1-1/2 inch to 2 inch. Two bathrooms got new tile, a double-sink vanity with countertop, two new faucets and an illuminated anti-fog mirror. All opened walls and ceilings were patched, textured to match the existing orange-peel finish, primed and painted. The result: a fully restored home and a 5-star review from the homeowner.

Roof Leak and Mold Cleanup in a Bothell Kitchen
A roof leak is easy to ignore — until you see what it leaves behind. The homeowner in Bothell called us about a leak. In the kitchen ceiling we found trapped moisture, and once the upper cabinets came down, there was suspected microbial growth behind them.
We set up containment so the rest of the home stayed clean, removed every affected material, cleaned and disinfected the area, and sealed the openings with 6 mil plastic. The kitchen was left clean, dry, and ready for rebuild.
Water hides where you can’t see it. If a leak has been dripping for a while, what is behind the cabinets matters more than the stain on the ceiling.

Basement Moisture and Mold Cleanup in Brier
The moisture meter said it before we opened a single wall: 99.9. In the basement of this Brier home, four walls were affected and the carpet with them, with suspected microbial growth inside the walls on the drywall and insulation.
We contained the work area, removed all affected materials, cleaned and disinfected the areas, and then found the real cause: an HVAC drain line sitting against a crack in the foundation. The water had been washing its way into the basement, little by little.
Drying a room is the easy part. Finding where the water gets in — that is what keeps it from coming back.

Frequently Asked Questions
