In a Brier basement bathroom, a moisture problem had been growing inside the walls; we removed the affected material, fixed the source of the water and rebuilt the room.

What it costs

A standard bathroom remodel — about 40 sq ft with a 60×30 tub — starts at $24,000. Tile choices, plumbing moves and layout changes set the final number. You get a fixed written estimate after we see the room, and that is the price we work to.

How a project runs

  1. Site visit and written estimate with the scope spelled out.
  2. Tile, fixtures and vanity picked and ordered before demolition.
  3. Demolition, plumbing and waterproofing, then tile and trim.
  4. Final walkthrough — we check the small things with you before the job is closed.

A standard bathroom takes about 3 to 4 weeks. Custom tile and glass can add time.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Plumbing and electrical changes need permits, and we pull them as part of the job.

Can you convert a tub into a walk-in shower?

Yes — it is one of the most common requests we get. The drain and valve move, the opening gets waterproofed, and the new shower goes in on the same footprint or larger.
