At Bellevue Towers we redid a condo kitchen as part of a full renovation: new cabinets, quartz counters, flooring and electrical trim throughout the unit. Condos have their own rules — building management, elevator bookings, work hours — and we handle that coordination as part of the job.

How a project runs

  1. We come out, measure and talk through what you want. You get a written estimate with the scope spelled out.
  2. Materials and finishes get picked and ordered before demolition starts, so the job does not stall waiting on a delivery.
  3. Demolition, rough work, then cabinets, counters, tile and trim — in that order, inspected where the city requires it.
  4. Final walkthrough with you. We go room by room and fix the small things before the job is closed.

What it costs

Every kitchen is different, and a price without seeing the room is a guess. Size, layout changes and finish level move the number more than anything else. We give a fixed written estimate after the site visit — that is the price we work to.

FAQ

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

A typical kitchen takes 4 to 8 weeks once materials are on site. Layout changes and permit timing can add to that.

Do I need a permit?

Cosmetic work usually does not. Moving walls, plumbing or electrical does, and we pull the permits as part of the job.

Can I live in the house during the remodel?

Usually yes. The kitchen is out of service for part of the job, and we talk through a temporary setup before we start.
