The HVAC installation for this coffee roasting facility is complete, and the final roof penetrations are sealed and ready to pass inspection.
If you’ve ever dealt with a commercial roof leak, you know it almost never starts in the middle of the membrane. It starts at a penetration — a vent pipe someone didn’t flash right, a curb that got rushed, sealant smeared on instead of applied. Water finds every shortcut.
That’s why we don’t rush this part. Every vent stack on this roof got proper flashing, clean sealant lines, and a watertight seal. The photos tell the story better than words: stainless vent pipes set on square flashing plates, each base masked and sealed, small penetrations finished the same way as the big ones. When the inspector walks this roof, there’s nothing to flag.
